Description:

This is a true classic!

Discover the very heart of the Scottish Borders on this 5‑stage circular walk, graded 2 (Slightly Harder).

Some stretches follow indistinct paths, so confident navigation skills are recommended. The reward however is immense: there’s simply no better way to explore the region’s historic towns and villages.

Along the route you’ll encounter abbeys, museums, battlefields, towers, castles, and the serene, rolling countryside that defines the Borders.
