Description:

Cape Wrath is one of Britain’s iconic landmarks where the north and west coasts of Scotland meet. It offers breathtaking views with dramatic cliffs, the vast Atlantic Ocean, and a sprawling moorland wilderness all in one place. With no land between here and the Arctic, you can spot Orkney to the northeast and the Western Isles to the southwest. Here stands one of the most picturesque lighthouses in Britain, designed by Robert Stevenson, father of author Robert Louis Stevenson. You can also enjoy tea, a beer, or a sandwich at Britain’s most remote eatery, the Ozone Cafe. Along the way, you’ll pass through a landscape so stark it was once used to train troops for the Falklands invasion.
