Description:

A stark ruin and only to be viewed from the outside. It used to be a Douglas property, but the Laings acquired it in  1607. There are initials carved into a pediment of John Laing and his wife Rebecca Deenistoun. John died in 1612 and is buried in Greyfriars Kirkyard in Edinburgh.
